The technician was friendly, professional, worked efficiently, and even helped move a few things around. The actual cleaning service was excellent, and I was very happy with the results. What made their quick response even more appreciated was that I’ve had an incredibly busy week preparing my two kids for camp, managing multiple packing lists, packing for my own trip, doing laundry, cleaning the house, and getting ready to leave town. Having the carpets taken care of on such short notice took a lot off my plate. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the follow-up process. After the service, I received several calls asking about my experience. While I appreciate a company that cares about customer satisfaction, the number of follow-ups felt a bit overwhelming. Then, shortly after I posted my Google review, I was contacted and asked why I didn’t leave 5 stars. Sometimes customers just need a little time and space to respond, especially during a hectic week. Overall, the service itself was great, and I would definitely consider using them again. I would just recommend dialing back the follow-up communication a bit.
