I am so grateful for this company. Eddie came out today to service two rooms. We lost our family pet a few days ago and there were some messes that needed tended to. Eddie's compassion was amazing. The price was great. The smell of the cleaner doesn't smell like a chemical one. It smells fresh and clean. And he went the extra mile to place corner/wall protectors to keep the hoses from damaging our walls. We’ve lived in our house for about eight years. When we first bought it, we replaced the carpet but hadn’t had it professionally cleaned since then. We don’t wear shoes in the house, but we don’t usually ask guests to remove theirs, so over time some high-traffic areas had become noticeably soiled. My wife and I stepped out for breakfast while Josh worked. When we returned, we paid him and came inside to check everything. My wife noticed a few spots that still needed attention, so I called Josh. He immediately offered to come back the next morning—and he did. He arrived as promised and took the time to thoroughly re-clean those areas until we were satisfied. We are very happy with the results. If I had known earlier how professional, courteous, and thorough Josh is, I would have had our carpets cleaned regularly, as he recommends (about twice a year). The only reason we hadn’t done so before was due to a bad experience with another company, which made us hesitant. Considering it had been nearly eight years, Josh truly made our carpets look brand new again. It’s rare these days to find someone who stands by their word, and we really appreciate that.
Extremely pleased with carpet cleaning done by Joshua. He is professional, timely and efficient. He cleaned the DR, MBR , kitchen and several hallway rugs.
